The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will hold its
Regular Meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., E.T. in the in
the Donald H. Butler Commissioner Board Room at the Robert M. Moore
Administration Building, Gulf County Courthouse Complex, Port St. Joe,
Florida to discuss the following:
A) Board of County Commission Regular Meeting (Quinn* 4/24/20 * 1 p.m.)
B) Staff/Department Reports (Hammond* 4/24/20 * 1 p.m.)
C) Commissioner/Board Business (Quinn* 4/24/20 * 1 p.m.)
D) Administrative Update & Report (Hammond* 4/24/20 * 1 p.m.)

**Please note the Administration and Courthouse complex have
been closed by COVID-19 Emergency Declaration as of March 18th in
conjunction with the Centers for Disease Control guidelines for public
gatherings as well as Office of the Governor Executive Order No. 20-69
for public meetings. The meeting will be streamed live to the public at http://www.gulfcounty-fl.gov/**
**Any citizens wishing to submit comment, questions or content
during agenda items under which proposed actions of the Commission will
be considered shall submit their comments, questions or content to [email protected], with the Gulf County Speaking Ordinance and guidelines still in effect and applicable to any and all submissions
**Gulf County Board of County Commission has suspended its formal agenda policy for the April 28, 2020 regular meeting
Pursuant to F.S. 286.0105: If
a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency or
commission, with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or
hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such
purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which
the appeal is to be based.
